4. Home School.

5. Use your freedom of speech or lose it.

6. Stay involved politically. (They want you to disengage for an easy life. That would be you pushing the responsibility for your Countries future onto your kids).

7. Keep Living.
(Don’t let their propaganda make you fearful. The World is mostly good people).

8. End your TV subscriptions & buy a DVD player.

9. Pray

10. Get into the Sun. (Always avoiding toxic chemtrails). It’s good for you. That’s why they’re blocking it out.

11. Only 15% of all products in Supermarkets is legally catagorised as Food. Don’t shop there to eat. Find chemical free butchers, fruit stores & local markets. Eat less but better quality. The reason everyone is overeating is because they are malnourished. What they are eating has no nourishment so the body asks for more.

12. Remove all non-essential Apps from your phone. They are selling your information to the highest bidder.

13. Find Hollistic Vets for your Pets. They are also victims of big pharma greed.

14. Garden.
No matter how small your space, even a balcony can literally bear fruit. Use zero pestisides. Use natural repellents.

15. Make a time capsule. Bury it deep. One day they will deny all this. The future humans need to know the Truth.
